Warmup Inbox 2024 feature releases
2024 was a busy year for Warmup Inbox, packed with technical improvements to help you get better email deliverability and reach your prospects’ inboxes more reliably.
On the education side:
- We published a full free ebook about email deliverability.
- We created a knowledge hub to answer key questions like “How long should you warm-up emails?”
- We recorded a video tutorial about how to connect your Gmail inbox to WarmupInbox
On the technical side, we release four key features:
- Language warmup
- Campaign sequences
- Warmup strategies
- Free DMARC & SPF generator
Language warmup:
Reach your audience in their language and customize warm-up emails in English, French, German, Spanish, and Polish.
This feature allows you to tailor the content of your warm-up emails to better align with your target audience’s language.
We initially released this feature for English, French, German, Spanish, and Polish. We then extended the list of available languages to include Dutch and Italian in November. Have a language you’d like to see? Do not hesitate to ask for it— we’re always open to adding more!
This feature is available on the Pro, Max, and Send-Only plans.
Cold email sequences:
You can now run email outreach directly from Warmup Inbox with our cold email sequence tool.
Designed with a focus on deliverability, this tool lets you create multi-step email sequences, complete with follow-ups, to keep prospects engaged. And of course, you can customize your email with custom variables for even more personalized outreach.
You can now also upload your leads list directly into Warmup Inbox and get email addresses verified at no additional cost. This will help you filter out invalid addresses, avoid hard bounces, and maintain a strong sender reputation.
All Warmup Inbox plans now allow you to send up to 50 emails per day. Need to scale up? Simply connect multiple inboxes to increase your daily sending capacity.
Warmup Strategy
This update brings advanced sending frequency options to the Warmup Inbox service.
When setting up your email warmup, you can now choose from three strategies:
- Progressive: Gradually increases the sending amount daily up to a maximum point, then maintains that level.
- Plain (Pro & Max only): Sends a fixed number of emails daily, as set by the user in the “Max emails per day” setting.
- Random (Pro & Max only): Sends a random number of emails each day within the range defined by “Starting baseline” and “Max emails per day.”
Technical set-up tools:
Last but not least, we released two free tools to help you optimize your inbox setup:
- Free SPF Record Generator
- Free DMARC Record Generator.
Setting up SPF and DMARC records is essential for improving your email deliverability.
With Warmup Inbox, all connected inboxes undergo regular audits to check for proper SPF and DMARC configurations. If any issues come up, you’ll receive a notification right away.
