WarmupInbox saved us around 2 years with building a warmup feature in our product

Our customer:  Leadspicker

Leadspicker is a sales automation tool that allows you to build lead generation workflows and agents, and send multichannel outreach campaigns. By combining LinkedIn and email, it maximizes your results all within a single platform. No additional tools are required to automate your sales process.

We found WarmupInbox in 2019, and since then we’ve seen a significant improvement in key metrics, including higher email deliverability, an increase in the number of replies, and an improved open rate.
We started using WarmupInbox when we were still a lead generation agency. Leadspicker is a sales automation tool we built based on our agency experience.

Problem: Building a warmup feature to help our users send a higher volume of emails

We wanted to give our users some ability to utilize warmup services directly in our platform to help them send a higher volume of emails and keep their inboxes healthy.
WarmupInbox was the most logical decision. We had a great experience with them from our lead generation business, so we decided to give our users an easy opportunity to turn on warmup services directly in their Leadspicker account. They do not need to switch their interface and can use one of the best warmup services on the market directly in a platform.

Solution: Integrating Warmup Inbox into our product to quickly deliver the feature

WarmupInbox has saved us around two years of effort by providing a quality warmup pool of inboxes, helping with better deliverability. It helps users consistently land emails in the primary inbox and recover inboxes that previously suffered from high-volume sending with low conversion rates.

The best practice for new inboxes is to keep the warmup process active for the first 10-14 days. After that, start sending cold emails in small volumes—ideally less than 50 per day—and gradually increase volume based on conversion results.

For existing inboxes that you plan to warm up, simply activate WarmupInbox. Keep it running for the first three days, during which time the tool will measure your inbox health score (how your deliverability is performing with major email providers).

It’s also important to note that email deliverability is highly dynamic, as ESPs frequently change their rules. We strongly recommend consistently tracking your results to ensure ongoing success.

Right now we have around 100 users actively using WarmupInbox from our platform
